Agile mindset in practice

  • What exactly is agile thinking?
  • Typical pitfalls in agile projects.
  • Agile values and principles in your project environment.
  • War room, task board and other (technical) requirements in practice.
  • Timeboxing and the 80:20 rule.

Agile roles

  • Product Owner and Scrum Master: real tasks and responsibilities.
  • How can teams really organise themselves?
  • The frequently forgotten stakeholder.
  • Rights matrix: Who is permitted to do what and who must inform whom, when and how?

Agile artifacts

  • Understanding the customer request correctly.
  • Setting up an agile project in just one day: Is it possible?
  • SMARTe visualisation of project goals.
  • The correct logic and efficiently prioritising the items in the product backlog.
  • Developing good user stories.
  • Pragmatically planning expenditure and resources.
  • Iterative release planning and release burndowns.

  • During the seminar you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your practical situation with the trainer and receive concrete tips and solution proposals.
