Do you feel those uncomfortable feelings when you keep putting things off? Would you like to finally put an end to procrastination and have a work life with good structure and motivation?

In this case the seminar can help you a lot, because Michael Wigge will work through the five reasons of procrastination and your solutions with you. Through this you will increase your motivation, reduce stress and finally get rid of a latent feeling of guilt for not getting things done.

Michael Wigge is a successful author with four book publications and a Grimmepreis nomination through his ZDFneo Challenge in the self-experiment "How to Travel the World for Free". He had learned in his adventures himself how to quickly fix procrastination in order to successfully reach his goal.

In the seminar you will go through aspects such as fear of failure, inner perfectionism, finding passions in projects, goals, intermediate goals, timelines, prioritizing and stress management.

As a focus, Michael will go through strategies with you on how to break old patterns by confronting fears and lower perfectionist pressure through new beliefs and self-esteem work.

Michael's "Time Management 101" will additionally give you the framework you need to change old patterns with improved structure.
