After attending the Scrum Master Training, you will know how to successfully develop products based on the agile principles and Scrum values. You can also assess what purpose the Scrum events and artifacts have. You understand how everything that is described for Scrum is interrelated and complements each other. You know what responsibilities are described for Scrum and in particular what tasks result from this for Scrum Masters in the Scrum environment and how they interact with the Scrum Team and the surrounding organization. After the training you will be prepared for the certification Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) of scrum.org.
