Inhalte:
In this course, you will learn how to communicate clearly and effectively. You will strengthen your communication skills with practical techniques such as active listening, specific questions and the conscious use of verbal and non-verbal signals.
Another focus is recognizing different communication styles and responding to different types of communication. In this way, you will develop the ability to adapt to your conversation partners flexibly and create a constructive atmosphere.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen:
Please coordinate with your team members before registering and make sure that not all employees of a location, department or team are registered for the same date.
Temporary staff/working students are also welcome to take part in the team training sessions outside of their working hours. Please coordinate this with the HR department.
The team training sessions are free of charge for all employees.
