Seminar - English & Intercultural Communication
Since the COVID-19 lock-downs, many people have been working from home (where job requirements allow it). This saves daily commuting time and facilitates a better balance between work and personal life. Interestingly, however, the majority of people are now working more hours than before. The concept of work-life balance has long since transformed into work-life fusion. How can we handle this shift? How can we structure our lives to ensure that personal time doesn’t fall by the wayside? These and many other questions will be addressed in the seminar.

Seminar Topics (2 days):
In addition to introducing both classic and modern time management techniques, the seminar explores how to successfully adapt to frequently changing work environments— without experiencing feelings of losing control or frustration. A key focus is on taking personal responsibility for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Furthermore, we discuss and work through strategies for self-motivation, achieving goals, setting priorities, letting go of unnecessary burdens, gaining time, reducing stress, overcoming procrastination, and ultimately becoming more satisfied with oneself and one’s life.
