Ziele/Bildungsabschluss:
This attendance-based conference will help in-house IP counsels and their external advisors to keep their global patent litigation strategy up-to-date. The speakers will address global patent litigation trends in the major jurisdictions China, US and Europe. This year, the focus will be on obtaining evidence. The one-day conference will give a detailed account of how patent litigation issues are approached in the major jurisdictions such as the US, Europe and China. The one-day conference will deal with the possibilities to preserve evidence in said jurisdictions and pitfalls for both patentees and alleged infringers. Another major topic will address options how to use evidence obtained in one jurisdiction for patent litigation proceedings in another jurisdiction.
