Module 1: L-Listening: In a society of constant sensory overload, the ability to listen carefully is not always well trained. Project managers, executives and team leaders especially need this quality to lead their team with empathy to success. In this module, you will learn the ability to successfully manage projects and perfect networking as a team member and leader through trained listening skills. Module 2: E-Embracing Change: Willingness to change is an essential part of successful leadership and innovative employees. Crises, digitization and industry changes make phases of change in companies today to a permanent process. In this module, you will learn the ability to embrace change and turn it from an obstacle to a desire. Keywords: leaving comfort zone, overcoming fears, balancing stress.

Module 3: A-Assisting: Agile leaders today see themselves more as a coach and assistant to their team and less in a top-down role. In this module you will learn tools and methods to motivate and empower your team members with the definition of a supporter to achieve maximum success. Keywords: supporter, organizer, agile helper.

Module 4: D-Decisiveness: Decision-making ability is important for every employee and for leaders. However, quick decision-making abilities can be sabotaged by pressure, fear of failure, and inner perfectionism. This module helps overcome these hurdles! Keywords: decisions, setting goals

Module 5: E-Entertainment: As a leader it is important to have a good relationship with your team and to create a positive working atmosphere. Therefore, in this module we will work out how to create "entertainment" for your team under pressure to perform. Keywords: team building, appreciation

Module 6: R-Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships are part of every career. This module deals with methods to become a top net-worker and to sharpen the ability to use one's network as a help in a crisis. Keywords: Resilience, Communication
